PoE Eilodon Hunt Bounty - Faster rewards

Today went to do some tricaps to get some Standing with the Ostron's, so found a random group in the chat and do some captures...

But what i noticed is that it takes TOO long to give credit for killing/capturing the Eilodons. 
Why is that? I think is the only mission what doesnt give the credit for completing at the instant of finishing the objetives (maybe the Ambulas Assa cause the talk before the ship explodes).

If the group is trying to do it fast, they wont bother picking the mission cause you wont get the credit for finishing it anyways. Even if they are not in that much hurry, you have to stop and chill for like half minute to get the credit for completing. 

Cant be faster? At the moment you deplet all his life is decided if it is dead or captured, why is the delay? 
Also, is the only bounty who gives all the credit for finishing it completly while all the others give the standing divided by objetives. Why not 1k for terra, 1.5k for Gantu and 2.5k for hydro? So you can, at least, get something even if you fail or dont get the credit in time.

Why do you care if the bounty gets completed or not? You get literally nothing out of it, it's literally just a placeholder for people to get a squad to do some eidolons without using recruiting chat.

Cause i dont want to spend time fishing to farm Ostron's standing? Is what they added, but lose sense if you have to lose time of huntings for the credit of the bounty.
