(XBOX)puffinnuffin Posted June 1, 2019 Share Posted June 1, 2019 The cosmetic attachment item 'Smoking Body Ephemera' appears only to be consistently visible in the Orbiter, or in social spaces such as relays. The ephemera can occasionally be visible in missions where the player is NOT the host; the only known fix for this is self-reviving upon death. Another factor that consistently prevents this ephemera from showing is the animation for elemental effects on melee weapons (e.g., flames, sparks of electricity).
