Minion135 Posted June 2, 2019 Share Posted June 2, 2019 (edited) I'm not sure if a recent update messed it up, but Rising Blast now only charges for me. Even if I tap just to get a quick blast out, it continues to charge the blast after I let go of the key. If this is an intended change, then the tooltip for it needs to be updated.
