Win 10 1903. Energy colors near invisible.

Fresh install of windows 10 1903. I can barely see things like Wisp's sol gate, weapon laser beams, eidolon energy attacks, nullifier bubbles, grineer spy lasers, magnetic or radiation hazard bubbles from sorties.

Mag prime with default energy color. Theres a magnetize bubble somewhere around those enemies.

Pink energy helps a tiny bit.

Heres a Lenz explosion with bright yellow energy.

Low graphics or max graphics makes no difference. This is on an AMD RX 580. I've tried a multitude of drivers from a year old to the latest beta with no change in visuals.

Check your effects intensity in your settings. That's the only thing that I can think of.
