I've made hundreds of characters from Bionicle (since I know there's a fandom here), my favorite TV shows and video games, including all 30 Overwatch heroes. My latest fascination has been Warframe, and I've been trying to create some of my favorite frames in the style. I'm posting a new set every week or so and I'll try to keep this topic updated, so check back often! Once I get a few more ready I'll probably release the LDD file so you can see how they're put together. Also I kind of got excited and posted my new favorite of these, Ivara. I mean, she's an adorable little frog archer already, but she makes a great Brickhead if I do say so myself. She's paired with another of my favorite frames (from more of a practical value), Gara. And let's take a moment to appreciate how blue banana pieces are used for Gali's hooks and Star Wars battle droid heads as Onua's claws. That's creativity right there. That's creativity right there. Yeah, the human ones (and Valkyr) use Lego's Brickhead eye texture. As for Excal, Mag, and others (Ember, Ivara), I do make custom decals when they wouldn't look right without them. It's pretty time consuming, but I hope it's worth it 🙂 And thanks for the compliments. The Toa Mata are near and dear to me, so I worked hard to be accurate. That reminds me, I forgot to post my latest two (early upload to make up for the weeks without posting), Darvo and Teshin. Be sure to click the pic for more info and views.
