Jupiter Corpus traps trigger when you're helping them with invasion

I'm helping out the Corpus with the infested invasion on Jupiter and the door scanners are triggering and the traps hurting me. This is contrary to other maps where the security measures will ignore you if you're helping the faction that owns that tileset.

Also the mobs in the secret rooms seemed inconsistent.

Also, the lab techs helped me, but the other mobs in the room attacked me. Just mentioning in case they were all supposed to attack me. If anything I'd think the sentient would attack me and the lab techs and the amalgums would help me.
