Nitain gone... missing?

Just a quick question.

Where does one find Nitain when Nightwave isn't available noul Ghoul Purge?
I am aware of the Rotation C caches (and invasions?), but other than that, since it's got very low RNG and I'm not gonna do 30 runs only to keep getting endo, How does one obtain Nitain?

You said it all. Everyone is left in limbo till nightwave comes back. Keep an eye out for weekend alerts. Two weekends ago there was a 10x alert and last Devstream was 2x reward for watching.
