4x time, Why?

Hi,

This is the 4th time that The Man in The Wall aka Wally showed up,

before were like once a month and now he showed 4 times one after another,

is there some reason why this is hapening more often now than before?

I got New Loka sending hit squads after me 3 missions in a row the other day, RNG is just crazy sometimes what can 'ya do.

Random event is random.  There's a little speculation that he gets more common if you picked the "moon" choices, and possibly shows up less often if you picked the "sunlight" ones.  My Operator is completely neutral, and I see the Evil Me clone maybe once every two or three months.  It's possible that it spawns more often than that, but in a part of the Orbiter that I don't happen to visit at that particular moment.  (Ie, at the bottom of the ramp down to the three special doors or something.)
