SO ABOUT 5 MINUTES AGO I WAS SURFING THROUGH THE MARKET LOOKING FOR MASTERY FODDER AND I WAS JUST BUYING THE BLUEPRINTS TO CRAFT OVERNIGHT. AND I CLICKED ON THE DUEL CLEAVERS NOTICING THAT I HADN'T MASTERED THEM I WENT TO BUY THE BLUEPRINT BUT RIGHT AS I WAS DOING SO, THE GAME LAGS AND DIDNT REGISTER WHEN I CLICKED ON THE BLUEPRINT SO IT FORCED ME TO BUY ARGUABLY THE WORST MELEE IN THE GAME FOR 225 PLAT NO LESS AND THAT WAS ALL THE PLAT I HAD!!! PLEASE DE MAKE A PLATINUM REFUND SYSTEM THAT ALOWS PLAYERS TO REFUND THERE PLAT IF THEY MAKE AN ACCIDENTAL PURCHASE!! I AM REALLY MAD CAUSE I'M NOT A NEW PLAYER AND ALL THE PLAT I HAVE ATTAIND IN THE GAME HAS BEEN FROM TRADES SO LOOSING SO MUCH ON A WHIM IS EXTREMELY INFURIATING! I usually get upset at my own stupidity and don't blame the universe, then look for a solution, which would be Zendesk, not shouting in general. Clem For OP: Also as others have mentioned raise a ticket with support. You must not have use the purchased item if it was indeed accidental. If you Gain even a little affinity then you will not get a refund. Irrespective of how frustrated you may be please do not use all caps.
