Conservation: Start Points Spawning Outside of Map (Orb Vallis)

This is something that I thought was fixed, but I just encountered yesterday. One of the conservation spawn points spawned outside the map making it inaccessible, because the map barrier pushes you away.

It might be a little hard to see because of the bloom effect that happens when you're at the edge of the map, but the start point is the round object near the center. You can see on the minimap in the top left that it's past the edge of the map barrier, making it impossible to activate.
