Dual Cleavers

Just built my Cleavers, mainly for mastery, and I wanna know if it's better for a charge attack build or an "E Spammer Build," as I call it.

E-Spammer Build Wiki says good crit rate on normal attacks.

Cleavers have 300% multiplier. Go crit build with fury and dmg mods.

Nah, it comes with a V polarity. Even without a potato I'd rock killing blow as soon as I could and run around Kappa charge attacking like a fiend. They have a nice fast charge speed and I bet they'll one shot Grineer. If not on Kappa definitely should be able to one shot them on Lua until you can put Sundering Strike in next to Killing Blow and move to Kappa.
