Can't login with right email/password

So I was playing warframe a few days ago normally, but yesterday I tried login but it didn't work so I restarted but that didn't work either, so I resetted the password and guess what, still doesn't work. Can someone please help me with this oh an also im using geforce now to play.

It might be worth checking your IP address at www.whatismyip.com and then powering off your modem/router for a bit until your IP address changes. DE use a third party DDOS protection service which has been known to catch legitimate player IP addresses so it might be that causing it.
