Add Mastery Lvl Req. To Clan Tech Weapon Description

I'm only Mastery 5 and I was all excited that I was finally ready to start building my Acrid. Made mutagen masses since the beginning of the week; had my Acrid BP all ready to go. Then I go to click on the start research button and BAM!!!

"You must be Mastery Rank 7."

EDIT: Yes, please move this to UI suggestions. Ive been up since 4 am and didnt think when I made this post.

Should be in UI Feedback, but yes I agree.

In general anything rank locked should tell you that it is. Unless im mistaken weapons in the market dont tell you untill you try to buy them and they say you can't. If you are the right rank you dont even know it needs a rank.
