Full Health/Armor

Quick Thinking + Hunter Adrenaline/Rage if you're really afraid of dying

And that's literally it as this Warframe doesn't make sense and doesn't need any Strength, Efficiency, Duration or Range. Basically build for max tankyness (Health/Armor/Arcane Grace or Guardian if you don't have Grace)

quick thinking and hunter adrenaline is useless on him, since HA doesnt trigger when QT does, and you wont even get there anyways

other than those, 100% suggest Adaptation if you have it, and ofc healing arcanes from operator, best would be Repair cuz of % heal

+ if you wanna run daggers, dur and range arent that bad

i mean, some Range can be nice so that you can aimlessly CC anything within the same region as you. (but otherwise, yeah)

I use Inaros for:

Survival

Excavation(if my friends wanna take things to defend the extractor, I use Inaros as a resurrecter if things get bad)

Interception

For him I use a Melee build so I go with:

- Steel Charge

-3x Umbral Mod(I know Intensify is not useful but the extra hp you get is insane)

- Vigor

-Hunter Adrenaline

- Gladiator Mods(Health and Armor)

- Adaptation

ARCANE: Fury+Strike

Weapon:Memestrike Atterax

Pet: Adarza Kavat (13k hp, armor strip, healing me with damage, while I heals him back with melee).

School Focus: Vazarin for the Immunity/Healing dash, super useful for protecting your group or object.

Inaros is basically built for Arbitration.  My setup is slightly different-

Steel charge

All 3 Umbrals  (for the bonus...too good to ignore)

Cunning drift

Rage (always love mods that let you set it and forget it...true QOL)

Armored agility

Gladiator resolve

Hunter adrenaline (overkill ATM but will replace rage once I have primed vigor)

Adaptation (is a must).

Smeeta kavat

One arcane guardian and one arcane fury.

Naramon school so the melee combo counter holds up

Atterax

All these things synergizing together means I never (never) die and as things get ramped up and my combo counter is through the roof, it's super effective.

I k ow, some people think it's fashionable to hate atterax users but I see no reason to hate on efficiency and, trust me, this IS efficient.  I don't hate on players that like to sit in a corner and press their 4 and wipe out half a map or build bubbles that take up a whole map and sleep walk through a game.  If it's fun and it works, then why not?

So etching I always experience with my Inaros is I show up and there's almost always someone hanging around that will make a comment on why Inaros doesn't belong in ESO or index, etc, but if we play long enough (30+ minutes) it never fails-they eat crow.   That's not a brag, just the reality.  So many people have such short attention spans and want to be done in 5 minutes that they simply don't realize the potential of a frame like Inaros when. You're an hour in and you're still busy killing and reviving when everyone is dying repeatedly and struggling to kill the high levels.

Inaros things

I don't know, HA+Rage seems really a waste since your energy pool is so little. I think one of the two is more than enough, just to have energy capped 99/100 of the time.

I will probably do some test removing both, but I think that it might work just in survival.

Idk I personally prefer Adarza kavat, for the reflect and the crit.

Arcane are pretty much a personal preference I can go easily more than 1 hour in Arbitration, so going for guardian have no benefit for me.

For atterax hate, idk I think is just the "Maiming Strike" thing that cause this kind of hate but I do agree with you that there is no difference between those build and a nuke frame like saryn.

For focus i use Vazarin because I use drifting contact on the weapon, and is really rare to have the combo counter fall of, but I will give Naramon a shot.

Idk about ESO tho, as you said about atterax, is about being efficent, and I prefer Saryn by a mile in ESO. Tried to go there with Inaros but is really hard to keep up with efficiency, a problem I don't have as saryn at all.

Haven't tried an arbitration, but will mention that Range and (optionally) a little Duration can be handy for locking down huge swaths of the battlefield... those are enemies that aren't killing your teammates either and it's cheap on energy.   For a pet I've been using a Helminth Charger... with Maul it does ok damage, and have it equipped with the mod that heals me (and I heal it... there's a good dog) meaning more time just blasting away with a weapon.

i'm surprised people are doing anything with abilities and/or energy.  I never bother with his abilities in arbitration.

Umbral Fiber/Umbral Vitality/Prime Vigor/Gladiator Resolve/Gladiator Aegis/Adaptation/ Double R3 arcane Grace/Magus Repair for survivability.

Since he cant die with the above under two hours which is as long as I'd ever want to stay, the rest is preference - aura of choice - I use Steel Fiber.  Vigorous Swap because I like it.  And Prime Sure footed because why not.

Umbral vitality and fiber, adaptation, negation swarm (optional but knockdown immunity is the main reason), stretch (for some emergency health and cc)

That's kinda the basic, everything on top is utility.

Gladiator resolve and aegis won't hurt.

Vigor I find wasteful, but is personal choice.

Corrosive projection or steel charge either is fine.

Arcane grace + guardian is my preferred combo.

Magus repair ( if you ever get to less than 50% health , very rare for the first 3 rounds at least) and magus lock down is a great survival combination.

Going 40 minutes survival is usually not a problem, have gone further a few times but I don't stay long hours cause I get bored before it gets challenging.
