So I bought a Syndicate Mod

Infiltrate to be specific. The CS shop says I own it and the game took the rep points but it does not appear in my inventory. Does this happen sometimes? Should I submit a ticket?

1: search for it by name in your mod bench

2: if it fails to show take a picture 

3: go to menu that says you own one and take a picture 

4: send a ticket to support explaining your problem and the pictures to back it up 

its not the perfect solution but its my advice

you can only use infiltrate on the Ivara warframe if you don't have ivara then you can't use the mod

have you tried leaving your Ship and returning / relogging? in addition to what Seprent mentioned.

Have Ivara @ lv 30 and done the relogging changing frames etc. I have my mods organized by name so.....looks like ticket it is thx guys

 

OK did a mission on another frame (again) came back to Ivara it was there this time. I did that before hell I even started steam again along with the game. Now it's there so all good. No explanation

Yes submit a ticket if it doesn't appear in your inventory.
