How to turn flaslight on

usually it turns on on its own when in a darker place as for manually turn on I think its not possible

flashlight is so bright that you don't see mineral spots anymore, all I want is it being off honestly

Personally, I'd like to have a manual flashlight. The game refuses to turn it on in a LOT of dark areas, but will run it in bright areas where it washes out resource deposits. Wouldn't hurt to have a decent flashlight while we're at it, as well.

You get markers on the map when you have the mining tool out. Get near the marker, then use the tool zoom and your flashlight will go out if you're still trying to look around and see it.

Agree with the thread. Don't think it will happen though, we even lost manual block some time ago so can't see DE adding a button for the flashlight.
