When shooting the Rahn Prism Amp, the rumble/vibration on controllers is missing

I don't know if it's like this on other amps, but I just know the Rahn Prism doesn't have rumble/vibration when shooting it. I use xbox controller on PC. When I shoot regular weapons on my warframe, it is fine, i get the rumble. 

Yes it seems like a small bug, but it sure bothers me.
