"Fixed ability to use the Aura Forma on Sentinels and Companions."

Hey

so in the Upcoming Jovian Concord

one of the fixes listed was:

" Fixed ability to use the Aura Forma on Sentinels and Companions."

This makes me wonder, if before that Update hits, perhaps I ought to go and use one of my Aura on one of my companions? The versatility would be nice.

 

But have to know first from anyone who's done it already:

does it actually function as a Universal Polarity slot when installed on a companion in this manner?

and, for those on PC who have received the update; were you allowed to keep the universal slot on your companion afterwards?

If I recall, applying aura forma to a sentinel just eats the forma, as the sentinel has no actual aura slot for it to apply to.
