Profit Taker Fight is Breaking my PS4

I can't play more than a minute of the Profit Taker without Warframe crashing with a CE-34878-0 Error on the PlayStation 4. An hour long survival on Mot? Fine. Power leveling on Hydron? Go for it. Tridolon? Works as well as it ever has. But I want to run Profit taker? Charlie Sheen has a better chance staying sober at a party with Snoop Dog, 80s Robin Williams, and Hunter S. Thompson than I do getting the spider's shields down before the whole game crashes. Anyone else experiencing this now or in the past? Playstation support has been less than supportive, and the best they can do is tell me to go out and buy an external hard-drive, back up my entire system, and go back to factory settings, which I am loathe to do. Please, anyone, help.

I usually only play profit taker when it’s time for me to go to bed. If it crashes I go to bed. If it doesn’t I keep playing. It’s a pretty reliable way to go to bed on time tbh. Crashes without fail at least 1/2  of the time.

Okay, I'm reviving this thread because this is still very much a massive issue for me. I thought, "Give DE time, they'll see this is an issue an try to fix it eventually." Nope, 6 out of 6 attempts at the profit taker today still crashed my PS4. I am trying to be patient about this, but this is holding my progression back in a huge way. I can't get the mods that only drop from the drop table, I can't farm crisma toroids, I still need atmo systems to rank up to Hand and can't because every time I go for a farm I get interrupted with another crash, finally, and most importantly, one of the most creative and challenging boss fights in the game is virtually inaccessible. I can understand if this were to just happen once a week or during peak times or any other reasonable excuse, but this is happening virtually every time I attempt the fight and I can't put into words how upset I am at this without losing my cool and saying some rather unpleasant things. Can someone at DE please look into this or at least acknowledge that someone is hearing me out? I love this game, but after a year of playing and supporting the game, I keep finding myself smashing my head against a brick wall praying that some things in this game will finally get fixed only to have more bugs pop up with each update.

Honestly, they probably aren’t. Have a look and see how many people have reported it, if it isn’t many DE may not know.

• If you just have a standard PS4 it might be that you just cannot do it. Although, many people would be complaining.

You can try contacting WF Support and asking for help. That might be the easiest way to get DE’s help.
