Operator's health bug

My operator's health is bugged . It's 450 and it should be 1000+  because I have one maxed Magus Vigor arcane installed in one of the two operator's arcane slots and I have also the +150% bonus health from Vazarin and it's maxed , activated and bound .

I tried to remove everything then enter a mission and I put the arcane and activated the Vazarin boost again after I have done the mission . It worked and the health went to 1000+ as it should be . But after entering the next mission it went back to 450 again . Please fix this bug . I have been like that for almost 1 year . It should be 1125 i guess . I hope it's fixed .
