Posted June 11, 2019 Share Posted June 11, 2019 (edited) When you place your first ability with Wisp and then a Frost creates a globe around it you can't teleport to your things with your 3 if you're out of the globe, and if you are inside you can't do it anyways because the teleports needs some distance to activate.
