TaylorsContraction Posted June 11, 2019 Share Posted June 11, 2019 This bug has been around for months. I don't know if it's been reported, I had assumed so but here it is. This occurs when going in and out of operator. It's not consistent and I believe one possible cause is your Warframe is knocked down while in operator mode. When you return to your Warframe everything listed in title is disabled. Only did is to die and respawn. Going into menus, or pits, or archwing won't help. Please investigate and fix this.
