0 EquinoxPrime
No, but it is a good way to get yourself banned until 2035.

0 Mr.SpookSpook
Is this the first time you play an online mmo or are you that naive that you do not know the answer? Because pretty much every single game has the same policy on this...
0 (PSN)wintersfrozen
Short answer: No. Long answer: It's that it is against TOS, Your account(s) and the accounts of those you trade with (buy/sell of plat and general trades with plat) will/may be banned. Do not buy plat from 3rd party sources, do not sell plat for real world currency and do not preform charge backs (canceling a credit card transaction after receiving the plat in game). Preforming any of these actions singularly or in tandem with each other is subject to a ban and further action may be taken against you legally depending on your country of origin. It's not, any trade that falls outside the normal trading is at risk of being reversed, plat removed entirely and players punished. My sugestion is to report the player that made you an offer. 0 Chewarette
You know Platinum are meant to be traded for money ? Why would you do that outside of DE ? That's obviously forbidden. But honestly that's worrying you have to ask.
0 (XBOX)zThulsaDoomz
If you really need to ask that question, the answer should be pretty obvious. It's the equivalent of gold selling sites in traditional MMOs.
