Is it me or are Volt & Loki Prime Relics exceedingly hard to get!?

Per the title, I've run all the maps in the void where these are supposed to drop numerous times, but I keep getting the wrong relics.

I've literally had one drop, but the amount of reward is being outweighed by frustration of this grind.

Volt is my favourite frame, and I really want his Prime variant, and - yes - I know I can just buy him, but I've never struggled to get relics like this, so what gives? (And beyond that, if I spend money on Warframe right now, I want to spend it on other things.)

Any advice for best locations to farm these relics before the frames are vaulted again?

I ground the S#&$ out of this unvaulting, finally have Volt built and Loki building. 

I have a pile of left over parts and a few of the relics including Axi L4s, I can give you the extra parts and open the relics with you if you want.

Search for them here https://n8k6e2y6.ssl.hwcdn.net/repos/hnfvc0o3jnfvc873njb03enrf56.html its the official warframe drop table, use the browser search option ctrl+F to easy find what you are looking for. The relics only drop in the void nodes, it took me a few runs of rot C on survival to get what I wanted and the rest i got from relic packs from syndicates, they are made difficult to get for  whatever reason they are not in bounties as some vaults have been previously, Good luck

Yeah, I also did some research on r/Warframe and got an idea of the drop tables; they're pretty brutal compared to what we got on the previous unvaultings...

I'm pretty much capped with standing for Syndicates... Should I just blow some standing on Relic Packs and push my luck?

If you don't have anything in the works with those syndicates. Yes, you should do that, but no promises.

Survival is bad for the relics because you have to wait 20min for rotation C. Capture for Lith, Meso and Neo and Marduk for Axi relics are the fastest options.

Luck. The drop chances don't mean a f thing, that's what I gathered from farming Ivara.
For me farming the volt relics was easy.Maybe half a week, had enough relics, the parts dropped almost instantly and voila - Volt Prime.
For other people this is entirely different.

Drop chance at a map means nothing when they don't drop in most maps or bounties.

Well, I want Volt so bad, and I'm pretty much capped, so I don't see why not! Especially if it saves me from some damned grinding... But I understand there's also the luck factor.

Thanks! Capture would be Hepit, right? I need to consult my resources, have copied it all down but it gets a bit messy after a while with so much infos.

Yes. It's Hepit....

Speaking of which... what makes the lotus say 'Change Of Plans" ? 

Does anybody know what the conditions are or is it just random ?

This unvaulting is just a repeat of how Nyx and Rhino was back in July. "Dropped" from the void missions and were miserable to get. Especially the Axi relic.

Glen spent like 45 minutes on his stream testing this on Sunday. Who would've expected RNG to ruin many capture speedruns 😂

You have a list of spawn and its only run if you spawn in the spawn room. It depends entirely on the . It also check if you have unranked gears, so if you have a warframe level 5 or bellow it wont trigger If its quest, sorties, kuva it wont trigger. it will only do on capture, mobile defense and sabotage, and then its a 1 in 15 capture.

I did it via relic packs as well then bought some L4s to finally get the Loki Systems. Got maybe 5 left I'll radiant, I promised my son I'd open them with him but we can do it as a group!

No problem, Tenno, just glad to help. I am always happy with even junk prime bits in return; saving up ducats right now for Tennocon and can always use more. Just shoot me a friend request on PS4, I'm on everyday after work.

Yeah, it's just after 3pm / 1500 now; I'm PST. No stress brother, I play every day after work, every morning for an hour before work and most weekends. I'll hold onto any of the new parts and if I open the relics w my boy I'll keep the parts for you.

This 10% grind does suck. I cracked 9 Rad frost relics without getting the BP.

And around 10% chance to get an axi relic every 20 minutes, before you start :(.

Read that Loki Prime and Volt Prime were being made available again. Thought great, more stuff to grind.

Read that relics were available from the void but not the usual POE and OV bounties. Thought I am so glad I already have these frames. Volt Prime is my go to CC frame and Loki Prime is my go to spy, capture etc. frame.

Can someone explain why DE intentionally makes these relic grinds so not player friendly? We players want to have fun doing our "normal" stuff and collect relics etc. as we play. Not grind one location over and over again.

So people give up and buy them with real money?

My argument is... Let the relics also be rewarded in current content: i.e. it drops during Jovian Accord missions, some Fortuna bounties, Fissures, ESOs (apparently it does drop during ESOs?), grinding MR on Hydron...

Cos I hate this feeling of being torn: I need to choose between grinding out these relics (super boring!) and doing other content... In some cases, all of which is time-gated... It ultimately makes me not want to play, because I don't feel like I'm having that much fun: I'm feeling pressured.
