Why wont my warframe load on steam

My warframe wont load whats so ever on steam if anyone has advice on how to fix this please tell me if downloaded it on every thing u can get it on on steam discord warframes website and even tried re down loading it im doing it for the 3rd time as i am writing this  PLEASE FIX DIS

When did u clean last time your PC from viruses, and when you are last time up your Operative System Windows?
