FPS drops since Wisp was Introduced

Idk if its just me, but ever since Wisp was introduced, I have had frame drops happen while playing with anyone using her. Ive had pretty bad frame rate issues in cetus and fortuna aswell whenever there is a large amount of players on that particular server, I also have had a lot of framerate issues during the disruption event aswell. I didnt have these issues prior to the jovian update. I have my fps capped at 72, I get smooth 72 in every other area of the game minus profit taker. Its pretty annoying to load into Fortuna, and have my frames drop down to like 50 any time I step near eudico. I dont have any other programs open when I run warframe, and have the nvidia overlay shut off.

I have an AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 8gbs of memory, and a GTX1050 Ti, its not the best system, but plays all of my games pretty smoothly, computer and drivers are up  to date aswell.

Anyone else have FPS issues?

Yes, i have fps drops too, since Jovian update.
