(NSW)lego126 Posted June 13, 2019 Share Posted June 13, 2019 Only had this happen as Excalibur so far, but while in disruption, using exalted blade, transcend to operator, then back to frame, the will move around but no actions, can't jump, can't shoot, can't melee.
