The Sacrifice, Mimics

Hello!

Well, im trying to do The Sacrifice Mission, im a bit noob but, the Mimics kill me nearly with 2 shots, and im using Excalibur and weapons all maxed out....

Check some youtube videos, but still, I hardly do any damage, is there a way to skip this mission? I cant even farm Wisp.

Mimics probably have the same Sentient adaptability, so it's better if you have weapons with different damage types.

For survivability, maybe pick another Warframe, something tankier. Valkyr is great as you can both be invulnerable and shred them to death with Hysteria.

I took Rhino on this quest because of the mimics as he can shrug off most things as long as Iron Skin is managed properly. Definitely take weapons with different damage types as Chewarette says and remember that your operator's amp will remove their adaption to your damage elements once they build up. I think I took a Tiberon Prime on that mission (either that or my Arca Plasmore) and I almost certainly had a Lex prime as my secondary.

show us some of your builds. mimics arent hard to kill once your weapons are properly modded 😄

Yup, I think that's the problem, my mods are not the best right now... Should try to get some mods before The Sacrifice lol

I did it with The Heck and Scattered Justice...

Its actually pretty straight forward. Shoot them until they adapt.... then switch to Spoiler mode and remove the adaptation by shooting it with your Amp then Reload the Hek and shoot again. 

A much more powerfultechnique for excalibur specifically is to radial blind them then Pop them with the Redeemer's Charged Attack....if you modded them both properly and have Energy then you should be able to one shot them all.

2/2/3 amp will make short work of them but if your going after them with just a warframe you probably have not ranked up with the Quills yet either.
