Nekros Despoil and Hexenon

I am not quite sure of what's the interaction between these two but I am getting worse results for Hexenon with a Nekros than with any other frame. Here's two of my runs both around 32 mins.

First with Equinox Prime:

Now here's my run with nekros:

Take a notice at my alloy plates and my salvage. My Nekros run gave me 50% on salvage and alloy plates than my Equinox Prime. Now take a look at my hexenon. It gave me less hexenon than my equinox prime. Also notice that I got 100+ more kills on my nekros run. Something got to be wrong with Nekros Desecrate and Hexenon.
