Ok... so here it goes Loki is my main warframe... although as we get more warframes released I've noticed he's starting to show his age. 

Just a few ideas to spice up his abilities with his Trickster/Advanced Stealth style of play: 

1. Decoy - Loki casts a Decoy that lures enemies to it's position. The decoy explodes with X radiation damage after absorbing X amount of damage with X change of inflicting a radiation status effect. Increased power strength would increase the damage done and chance of inflicting the radiation status effect. Power Duration would dictate how long the decoy is "alive" for. Re-casting the ability cause Loki to switch places with the Decoy, this would happen without needing to target the Decoy.

2. Invisibility - when under the effect of invisibility Loki isn't affected by the wall latch duration allowing him to wall latch as long as he is invisible. Invisibility keeps Loki safe, although he gets caught in crossfire if he's on the ground, allowing him to wall latch indefinitely whilst under this effect would keep with his stealth and tactical positioning theme, and allow him to move more efficiently from walls to attack from novel angles. 

3. Switch Teleport - OK... now this ability needs a slight spice up! I'm thinking that in the process of switching with the enemy Loki places a "weak spot" on an enemy like Banshee's Sonar 🙂

4. Radial Disarm - I think radial disarm is a powerful ability... but one that makes Loki super vulnerable when facing high level enemies in melee. Maybe this could be offset by radial disarm giving Loki a small armour buff for each enemy disarmed. the bonus armour granted would be based on power strength and would last for a set duration based on power duration. 

New Passive!

Gift of the Trickster

Loki has a permanent 10% velocity/speed bonus to performing parkour movements. When turned invisible by any source, Loki gains a "Gift of the Trickster" buff for 3 seconds where he reflects 50% of the damage dealt to him back to enemies as radiation damage (with a 50% chance to proc radiation status).

maybe make the decoy explosion do a blind instead of damage, it would keep more with his all tricks no damage style

nice suggestion Wrum, although that would reduce the amount of damage that the decoy takes. maybe it could blind or radiation proc adding to the chaos style trickery 🙂

Power Strength and Armor, on Loki? Eh, dunno 'bout that, TBH.

The Decoy could just be invincible, it doesn't deal damage so w/e (this not least would help make Savior Decoy more viable).
A small radial stun effect or something upon it expiring (also upon Savior Decoy triggering) wouldn't be OP, either.

Loki has 60 seconds of wall latch time by default, so unless you have some outside source of invisibility
(e.g. Ivara Cloak Arrow), Loki's gonna run out on his ability before his passive, anyway.
Though speaking of, some way to refresh / extend the ability's duration while active would be sweet.

Switch Teleport, hm, not sure if adding weakspots is the way to go, but yeah, it still kinda needs something extra.
One feature I'd like to see is a hold function that highlights Decoy and allows targeting it with no LOS requirement
(or Hek, just make it trigger a switch without any need to aim, actually, and with no Range limit, yay Plains / Vallis).

Radial Disarm (and Decoy / Invisibility) is / should be doing a decent job of never letting Loki take damage, so damage reduction seems weird.
Maybe make enemies drop ammo along with losing their guns, to give Loki some Squad support prowess, would that be interesting?

If you mean literally strongest frame 6 years running then, yea. He's showing that long term supremacy.

Rad status for Decoy detonation seems okay but kinda redundant. Ivnis I don't get. He already has Wall Latch passive which is much better than +%Parkour Speed. I actually made a post a while ago on that Amalgam Secondary mod on how +%Speed is not a really good thing for maneuvers.

He can cast Rad Disarm in the air now. Have you been playing him? Preeeetty safe. If a player dies playing Loki; they deserve it honestly... Which would including trying to melee radiated enemies. That's like stealth rule #1 Rad is bad.

Not a bad suggestion, though as someone other said I would change his one to actually just be invulnerable and blind enemies when its duration runs out.In addition the addition of unlimited wall lach is really redundant thanks to his passive on his invisibility, I'd rather remove that piss yellow tint it creates, its so annoying. On the switch teleport I would just straight up make it into a normal teleport ability like ash's one in conclave. On the change to his four I disagree though, its already good enough with one of the best augments and besides melee isnt really a problem if you keep moving, The only thing his 4 needs is a faster casting speed.

the cast speed for his 4 might be a balancing measure tbh.

I really like the idea of the enemies crowding around the decoy and killing it, and then it explodes as a trap, blinding or confusing them and making them kill each other. That’s the kind of ability rework dreams are made of sir, this is A+ I really hope this gets added.
