Borderless fullscreen duplicating all mouse input when not the focused window

I spend a lot of time AFKing in menus or on the navigation screen waiting on trade, doing other things in other windows. Prior to the most recent patch this was all done in borderless fullscreen mode without issue. This is no longer possible because while using the mouse with other windows focused, Warframe will now duplicate all mouse input in game. This can inadvertently start missions, reduce the clan tier, or exit the game for example. I've had to switch to windowed mode which does not have this problem but it is inferior while playing missions. Demo: https://streamable.com/lusv0
