Plague Star: Arch-guns etc

My first mission after the launch of this iteration of Plague Star had the seemingly standard issues. Unable to use abilities/transference after fighting the boss for a while. I couldn't switch to my secondary weapon or deploy arch-gun during the final bounty. I was able to deploy arch-gun during earlier stages, but I was getting the unable to deploy popup during the boss phase. Hopefully this isn't intended. I'm not sure why I couldn't use my secondary; I just couldn't switch to it and hadn't tried to prior to fighting the boss.
