Stuck in plains of eidolon

So I was gathering in the plains of eidolon before the hotfix happened and decided to finish up what I was doing before I exited to cetus and restarted the client. However, when I did finish up and tried to enter cetus from the plains of eidolon, I found that the door refused to open and I could not extract. I don't really want to abort the mission because that would mean losing everything I gathered so is there a way for me to leave without having to abort or do I just bite the bullet and abort?

If you're solo you might be SOL. If not you could try leaving group so it re-instances the zone. Maybe start a T1 bounty and see what happens when complete?

I tried starting a bounty but no bounties were available for some reason.

Best bet is to screenshot and make a copy of your ee.log file (don't restart the game till you do this or the log is overwritten). if you lose your stuff submit a ticket with those and explain what happened.
