Facial animation of some NPCs

Nakak's and Wally's facial animations are broken in a very unsettling way: the face part of their head moves separately from their head.

Its kinda hard to see what you are trying to explain from just this picture. A video or .gif would convey problems with movement much better.

Don't have to be expert to see,its simple its just you need to look little better...and you can see problem in her eyes

Never said anything about problems in her eyes.
To see problems with 'movement' requires a moving picture.

Can you see 'part of their head moving separately from their head'?  Guess not.

A .gif or a video would be better to describe the problem they are seeing.
