fr4gb4ll Posted June 18, 2019 Share Posted June 18, 2019 how about telling us what you done to 'lose' the plat? did you traded it, bought slots for frames/weapons/etc. or did you use it for speeding up building time? in any case, platinum concerns your account and if therefore to be handled by the support directly - so open a ticket in the support area, not here in the forum, and descibe your problem in more detail too (though they still can see exactly where your platinum went for, so no worry there).
