Nezha Appreciation Thread

This is my favorite frame right now. He has one of the best toolkits for all aspects of the game, save for Eidolon hunting.

His 1 - looks cool, does very decent heat damage scaling well with power, makes you go fast

2 - 200% damage boost, yes please. Can wipe a dozen mobs in one cast with augment. For some goddamn reason, Chakram also has a teleport which admittedly I never use, as he's so fast to begin with.

3 - 90% DR and makes him immune to CC. This ability make Nezha a god. Oh also built in invuln.

4 - nukes maps in lower levels and scales incredibly well with a bit of range. Sets up chakram combos and CC's in higher levels. Something I noticed...the cc portion seems to hit through Arbitration drone-linked mobs. This is OP.

There isn't a better frame to stick a Zaw on and run around the map destroying high level content. My setup is Trigris Prime, Mara Detron, and hybrid Kripath. Dual Umbral with a decent amount of power and a bit of range.

Deluxe skin is fashionframe gold, a gift by the gods.

I'm having trouble wanting/needing to play other frames rn, except for maybe Nova and Nidus.

A true A+ frame.

How do you like to run your Slippery Slidey Boy Nezha?

Fun, versatile, good looking, great conversationalist, impeccable timing:  Nezha.

Mostly run an allrounder build with Reaping Chakram but I dig out Safeguard for rescues and rad sorties. Still play with Pyroclastic Flow occasionally, but my one real regret from his rework is that Firewalker conversion to a duration ability kind of killed that build for me.

It's absolutely beautiful, but I definitely prefer skinny Nezha, whether base, Devine, or Yaksha.  Although the syandana that came with the bundle is probably my favorite one in the game.

I'm at 33% Nezha usage last I checked, and happen to be the proud owner of three built Nezhas.  I'll probably build three more when his Prime arrives.

Okay why not. I don't use him much, but Nezha is an amazing frame. He looks good in any color combo.

Also - embarrassingly I admit that as gay man I do find Nezha to be the most twink-tastic of the frames. Even if I am more into the bigger bulkier male frames as far as aesthetics go, you can never go wrong with someone so fun and fab as Nezha. (Nezha/Wukong OTP)

Do you have his Deluxe?  It's extraordinarily beefcakey.

Nezha climbed the ranks of my usage list very fast after his rework. He is 4th right now I think.

I always prefer versatile frames over specialist frames and Nezha is amazingly versatile and useable in all scenarios (except farming purposes)

One of the few frames where all augments are good. And specific min maxing is not essential (just makes him better)

I once did an arbitration with an unmodded Nezha (accidental not intentional) and still managed to do 2 rounds with slightly more effort than normal.

He simply crushes all content besides Eidolons. He is my absolutely favorite for Arbies and endurance runs. While all three are gods, he is basically a more interactive Inaros or Rhino.

He's very fun, I play him often and really like how he is very interactive, while being probably tied with Nidus for the best designed tank and possibly being one of the only 3 frames that doesn't have a dead ability. Not to mention that 10% of the damage getting through is actually a buff compared to Iron Skin, thanks to Adaptation.

That said, don't take the kitty's crown please.

How you build your Nezha? Wanna jump onto the hypetrain.

128% duration primed continuity

130% efficiency streamline

160% range stretch + cunning drift

210% strength transient fortitude +umbral intensify and vitality

Adaptation.

Augment of your choice.

Aura of your choice.

Works pretty much everywhere with little to no changes needed.

Pretty much what guy above me said. I'm of the opinion that Nezha really doesn't need any duration, so I go a little negative in favor of Hunter's Adrenaline. You need the trickles of energy when dealing with Eximus, and beyond making your Firewalker longer, duration doesn't really do anything for him.

Totally agree on him and Nidus having well-designed and useful abilities. It is quite rare that all 4 are used on a frame. I'd say Oberon is another.

My Nezha build:

Umbral Intensify, Umbral Vitality, Primed Continuity, Transient Fortitude, Equilibrium, Stretch, either Auger Secrets or Reach, and Reaping Chakram.

Aura is CP and exilus is Maglev.

For extra credit, atomos and orvius just so he thematically fits the actual deity Nezha. Though I also equip him with something like the vectis so he has some method for a lot of single target damage.

Skating around entire map, setting things on fire, pinning things to spears, and generating a ton of health/energy orbs while being pretty much unkillable.

Yeah..."Worse Rhino" > Actual Rhino

You lost me there.

I leveled this guy and sold him right off. The "fun" part is already questionable, but "good lookig"? Hell no. The ring on his back is a crime against fashion.

Energy dual color channel was made for Nezha.

Initially I made the mistake of wearing the wrong syndana, not realizing I was covering up the beautiful lion sculpture on the back. Switched to one that is open down the middle, and it looks sick.

I  had to stick the ignis wraith on there with Amalgam Serration. Because one more speed enhancement, sure why not!? My Nezha makes the Road Runner look like like a snail in comparison. BEEP, BEEP!!

I rarely use Nezha, but when I do I'm always impressed.

I typically (ab)use him for spear-spam on Helene when I want to show someone that he can be effective as heck on defense. Otherwise I'll end up using him to help a team with low survivability get through tougher content.
