All my friends got the Glaxion Vandal in the disruption mission except me

so i was playing the endurance run and all my friends got over 4000 points and ended up getting the weapon while i was still stuck with over 2000 points because it never updated my score. is there any way to send a ticket or something instead of relying on RNG on whether the mission wants to update my score or not?
