Most mods are missing in the modding terminal

Hi,

Since a few days I have a very annoying bug: most of my mods are not shown in the modding terminal.

The mods are there, I can select each one in the arsenal. But when I try do level up a mod, it's not shown in the modding terminal at all.

The filters in the modding terminal lack mods for primary, secondary, sentinels and some other categories.

Any idea what's wrong here?

I already opened a support ticket, but got no answer so far.
