Unable to select plat in a trade

Have accumulated an amount of plat though selling arcanes and now not allowed to spend any and getting a message saying gifted plat cant be used to trade with yet it allows me to gift items to players through market place absolutely non off the plat was free or gifted

Send a support ticket for sure.  Is there anyway it could be starter plat?

Has your plat amount gone low enough that you are down into starter plat territory?
Not sure how it mixes in with other plat in your account. Also:

Have you enabled 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)?

Without it you are no longer allowed to trade in Warframe.
