Plains of Eidolon

When I am running a mission in Cetus. No matter what happens regarding the mission, weather i am solo, with friends, or with Randoms. At mission end. We all make it to the extraction. I get the mission failed sound. Most if not all of the items I collected and mission drops (Thumpers, Eidolons, Volmylists, etc.) all are gone. So far i have kept 2 Mods that i have picked up. And that was it. From the stand point of what happened I just don't understand.

I am leaning toward not playing this game anymore. Between the loss of items/time and then the bugs where it just kicks me out of a game when there are no connection issues this just doesn't seem worth it.
