'Hide Owned' inconsistancies

Many UI sections involve purchasing items or blueprints for items. These UI's are inconsistant in their application of 'hide owned' options. The addition of showing 'mastered' and 'crafted' to the UI was a step in the right direction, but still falls short of the intended goal as it does not actually hide the items you already have.

* Foundry does not have an option for 'hide owned', such as for Weapons, Sentinels, Appearances, Cosmetics. Foundry shows mastered and number owned in bold boxes on the item, and then number of blueprints remaining below. The number remaining also includes the one currently building or waiting to be claimed, even though that blueprint is already in use or used.

* Blueprints involving multiple parts (Frames/Archwings) still show the individual parts and part blueprints as not owned if you own the entire Frame/Archwing. These are opposite of the foundry by having blueprints remaining as the primary criteria, and then mastery or number already owned is only shown when inspecting the blueprint.

* Vendor/Syndicates selling blueprints show as not owned if you have the completed items, because the blueprint is not owned. Example : Kitgun components, Zaw components, Amp components, Moa components, Oxylus Sentinel (The Business), Robotic Companion weapons (Legs/Thursby), Fishing Trophies (The Business/Fisher Hai-Luk)

* Vendors/Syndicates selling parts for an item (Archwing weapons) have no indicator for the completed item being owned and/or mastered.

* Relic opening for prime blueprints will only show number of blueprints owned, not if the completed weapon or completed Archwing/Frame is owned.

Recommended solution, Add 'hide owned' to the locations it is missing (Foundry) and either implement 'Hide Crafted' as an additional option to existing locations, or change hide owned to consider completed items as owned.
