Does -ammo maximum on a fulmin riven decrease it's magazine size

Asking just because sometimes things work in a way that doesn't make any sense in this game.  Like -50% reload speed on rivens doubling your reload time on a weapon from 2 to 4 seconds for example while +50% reload speed doesn't decrease your reload time from 2 seconds to 1 second.

Nope it doesnt.. max ammo is pretty much a harmless negative for Fulmin

uhh, probably.
you could try to experiment with the relation if you were to say, Equip the Battery Arcane on a Kitgun, and then fiddle with Ammo Pool Mods. that might give a hint as to what to expect. might.

I don't have the Fulmin, so feel free to downvote me if I'm wrong.

Max ammo doesn't usually influence magazine size afaik. Wikia doesn't suggest the Fulmin is any different.

Also, shouldn't +50% reload speed change the 2 seconds time to 1.5 second?

Reload Time = Weapon Reload Time ÷ (1 + Mod Reload Bonus)

It's highly counter-intuitive, but it does work on a logical basis.
