Solo missions

Question

hi everyone

I was in a mission then I got a disconnection for like 5 seconds but the game kicks me out of the mission I was confused and I was pretty sure I sit the missions on solo so I closed the game and start it again and then checked if I put it on solo or not not very surprising it was on solo. So my question is you can’t do solo mission when you get disconnected anymore?

I would to get an answer because this probably could be terrifying if I want to play endless missions on solo

Disconnected from PSN? I assume that would be what caused it more than anything on the game's side.

Last time my internet was crapping out (on PC), I just get a bunch of on screen errors about it, but it kind of still works as it tries to reconnect.

You still need an internet connection, there is no offline mode. Solo just means no one can join you, and the game pauses when you open your options menu.

Really??? but I remember doing a mission (way back) and got disconnected in the middle of the mission but I the game didn’t kick me and still played it like nothing happened (yes you get lots of error messages from chat)

Sometimes you'll get the "network not responding", but as long as you're still connected to the host/psn, you'll usually pull through.

But if you lose connection to the host/psn/internet, then you'll get the boot/host migration pretty much straight away.

Maybe the timeout period has been adjusted over the years, not too sure sorry.
