Wukong: Attack out of Cloud Walker inconsistent (maybe bugged)

When attempting a melee attack out of Cloud Walker, Wukong will travel 10-20 meters forward (even if your crosshairs are aimed straight down) before slamming down out of the cloud. This imposes a delay between hitting the attack key, and the game actually responding, as well as carrying Wukong well past any targets closer than the travel distance.

Expected behavior (at least, expected by me) would be for the attack to directly slam to the reticle's location, as it does in other circumstances.
