Nightwave - some tasks not counting

I've encountered the progress stuck on 10k/10k standing as reported here. I didn't realize this had happened and proceeded to do one of the recovered weekly, polarize with forma 3 times, except I didn't fully complete it (used 1 forma). Then I noticed being stuck on rank up, and logged out/logged back in - progress on "polarize with forma" task got reset to 0. I'm pretty sure I lost some standing for one of the other recovered weeklies too, but I didn't take any screenshots, so don't have proof. Not sure if this problem is related to recovered tasks in general, or just the forma task.

I'm not very happy about it to say the least.
