Game Becomes Completely Unresponsive After Every Mission I Do

I finish a mission and it goes back to the star map screen and from there it won't let me click most buttons and freezes up. The UI completely breaks from the buttons I can press, and by break I mean buttons are left on screen where they shouldn't be and are unpressable, and my warframe's head disappears. It also auto-disconnects me from the host, but still shows I'm in their party.

I understand that you said it is in the topic title, but is it EVERY mission? Or does it happen often? Just want to clarify.

Well, it's been every mission I've done today. it happened a few times yesterday. I guess I exaggerated a little, but it is a problem nonetheless.
