They sure are a "down to earth" development crew. Directly admitting their mistakes and compensating for them, not putting up a ridiculous act to toughen up their "pride" and responding ever so amazingly to the community. In all honesty, I have never, and i mean NEVER, seen a company be this down to earth. Props to you DE and keep up the amazing work.

DE is continuing to prove themselves a developer worth supporting as compared to some other current F2P developers.

For a hard comparison look up MWO developer Russ bullocks' 'apology' about implementing a feature widely and vocally disliked by the core community.

On the one hand DE responded quickly about an accident and sounded genuinely apologetic on top of a full explanation of what happened and even providing players of the game with some recompense to make amends for the problem.

On the other the president of PGI no less(MWO developer) writes a poorly edited wall of rambling text that contains a non apology about a premeditated controversial change, evasiveness about the issue, a "we're sorry your mad" and a total lack of reasonable explanation for blatant reversals of things they had all but promised the core community that funded the closed and open beta periods.

DE you are doing it right if only in comparison with how other devs are handling their misteps intentional or otherwise.  Your transparency and open communication do you credit.  Any flaws or mistakes Warframe may have failing to be positively engaged with its players base is not one.  Keep up the good work.

Saying DE is better than PGI at this point is almost like saying a burger cooked out on the grill with nice crisp tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles with buns that don't go flat the second you touch them is better than McDonald's. PGI was rabidly defended in the beginning, but as time progressed, it turned into a complete 180. It's rather unfair to be honest. DE is still screwing up, as Ced23Ric's resignation letter thread pointed out. We're still being lied to, issues like Stunlock that have been around for ages aren't being properly addressed, just given crappy mods as poor band-aids, data-mining shows that Void drops are actually being nerfed, not pool dilution, etc.
