Avorosiya the Prophet locker

Abilities

Passive:(Future Vision)

-Avorosiya looks into the future and gains 15% evasion and 35% increased accuracy when an enemy is within affinity range.

1)Mantra flame 25 energy

-tap the ability to shoot out purifying flames which cleanses you and allied units of any negative status effect and stores it on the hold cast. Holding the abilities shoots out a burst of flames which slowly burns enemies for 50/100/200/300 for every status chance. If their maximum health per tic for 5s and transfers all those stattus effects cleansed from allies to the enemy. This can be used on companions, spectres ans rescue targets.

2)Delayed Demise 35 energy & 10 enery per enemy

-Depending on how many enemies are in the area. Determines how long the immortality zone will last. All allies will gain 5/6/7/10% damage reduction for every enemy in the area. 

3)Sealed Fate 60 energy

-Suddenly make enemies within 10/13/15/24m head toward your location. This will not raise their alert level tho.

4)Destined Disaster 100 energy

-Enemies within 15/20/26m will suddenly be slowed for 25/37/40% of their attack speed and movement speed and amplify all damage sources to affected enemies by 50%. 

Description
-Avorosiya the prophet locker. The one who forsees the future and seals the fate of enemies. Only she decides what prophets are to be reality. Manipulating the future and twisting the fate of others. She is quite the deadly foe in the battlefield.

Augments

Restored Destiny
-Mantra Flames hold cast will now heal allies and yourself by 2/3/5/7% of their health per tic for 5s.

The Disaster prophecy
- will now make enemies affected by sealed fate 30% more subsceptible to status chances. Can make any type of status chance occur even if not on weapon. Multiple status chances can be afflicted.

Delayed fate
-Allies affected by delayed demise will additionally be able to see their future and prevent their own demise. For 8/12/15s blessed allies health cannot go any lower than 10/20/30% of their health pool.

Lore

Avorosiya an orokin oracle who could see the future and was rumoured to be able to alter destinies. Even if she possessed such great abilities, she could not avoid the fate of infection. Her prophecies and visions, although useful to the empire. What she has seen and what she knows, is nothing she was supposed to. She was a threat to the empire, so she was secretly eliminated with the virus. With hopes of the virus to have negative affects, instead turning her into a mindless warframe over time. 

Later on the orokin secretly locked her up on lua to experiment on her. When her family and relatives have been informed that she has passed away. She was experimented along side with the tenno when the orokin still used them. Avorosiya, even if she can no longer recall her past self could still forsee the future and knew she had to stop the orokin from experimenting on the tenno...on these children. She used her powers to alter the future and made it so the faith of Margulis Helping the tenno to be guarenteed. Before she was ejected into space to be rid of once the orokin found out she used her powers outside of what she has been commanded.

Right now she does way to much damage regardless of enemy level. At wopping 200% power Str and assuming your squad has 4 corrosives projections comboing her 1 and 4 would kill 95% of the enemies on the game.

You also could swap clarivoidence an future sight. I feel like clarivoidence is just too weak to justify itself as a skill.

Sealed fate is just a diferent flavor of noise arrow. Maybe replace it with something like:

Shared fate: Targets one enemy.All enemies within a 10m radius receive X% of damage and all debuff received by the primal target.

Honest review of your concept:

Passive:   33% evasion is too much, with [Armored Agility] it goes up to 39%. 4/10 attacks would be ignored completely.
                  33% increased accuracy would mostly go to waste unless you are using [Heavy Caliber] and such.

Mantra Flame: Cleansing allies is fine, dealing %Percentage based scaling damage is not, this has proven to be broken time and again, DE just seems to forget it every now and then. (Oberon smiting Demolysts anyone?)

Claivory (sic): I guess you meant 'Clairvoyance'.  Seeing loot and enemies through walls might be unwelcome for some players. Unless there is a way to opt out of this, some people might complain. Also as a power it is weak, considering one can equip [Thief's Wit] in an Exilus mod slot.

Sealed Fate:  Broken mechanic that can be used to grief other players, teleporting a bunch of mobs to someone and then prancing away. I can see it abused.

Preparatory Cataclysm:  Don't see anything particularly wrong with this ability, but it shares a name with an already existing one (Cataclysm).

Other than Clairvoyance (Claivory (sic)), I don't see much of a prophet / oracle theme going on.

As for the augments:
Restored Destiny is fine, but a bit underwhelming compared to other ways of healing. I'd rather Protective Dash and save a mod slot.

Elemental Disaster also seems a bit lackluster; 30% base status chance will go to waste during 90% of the game, unless you are doing endurance runs with a [Condition Overload] build.
Medusa Eyes seems redundant when your Preparatory Cataclysm is already slowing down enemies, and Clairvoyance (Claivory (sic)) has its own problems.

As you can see, designing a new Warframe that is different, and doesn't break the balance of an already well developed selection of frames while remaining useful is no easy task. I can, however, give you credit for the fact that the ideas remain fairly simple and down to earth, with no insane interactions or things that would be a coding nightmare for developers.

Sealed fate is more of a skill so enemies would head to her locatiom so her 4 will be able to hit more enemies and her 1 percentage health burn cant be increased with power strength however i should look into changing its damage numbers and her 4 is mainly to compete with other abilities and i should probably add how it scales tho.
