Plague Star mission "points" bug

I made two consecutive missions with 4 eidolon phylaxes and 4 infested catalyst in both rounds, and I only got 2875 points instead of 6000, how is this possible?, to avoid doing the same in other rounds and loose catalys, phylaxes and TIME.

Might have joined late and/or squad did not put all 4+4 parts in mixer.

0 + 200 + 200 + 2475 = 2875 ... 4+4 in mixer, but missed 125 standing and stage 1 reward for loading too slow or join mid game late.

125 + 200 + 200 + 475 = 1000 ... nothing put in mixer.

125 + 200 + 200 + 1475 = 2000 ... 2 Eidolon Phylaxis and 2 Infested Catalysts in mixer.

125 + 200 + 200 + 2475 = 3000 ... 4 Eidolon Phylaxis and 4 Infested Catalysts in mixer.

Then there is Mastery rank 0 problem.

it looks like any rank below 5 gets hit?, probably changed to fall in line with other bounty changes, never used to be this way previously.  only saw changes on 2 of my MR0's, an old 1 and a newish one, both has same issue, my MR5 and high MR accounts got the full 3k standing per mission as usual, didnt have any accounts that are 1-4 to test the inbetween ranks.
