I'm not sure why you'd be getting 0's. Maybe using pure Blast with an Arson Eximus nearby?

"Most" explosive weapons suffer radial damage fall-off from the point on impact. It's usually about 50% on the edge of the radius.

I say most because a lot of explosive / AoE changes were done in a rush to fix specific weapons and not globally. Newer weapons will have this but older ones may not. Radial damage fall-off was mostly in response to Angstrum.

Explosive weapons being subject to line of sight from the impact point is also a patch job and not a global thing through all AoE.

Radial damage also does not head-crit however this is a case where it was done globally by making all radial damage strike the chest of enemies no matter the point of impact. They recently and IMO wrongfully extended this to some AoE projectile weapons like Plasmor.

Where are you using this? Arbitrations? With specific eximus units?

i tried it in the simulacrum without eximus units and it happened, and then i tried it out on a regurlar mission on ceres (on the regualr mission it mainly appeared with the arson eximus, this also happened with corpus as well).
